Now you can store your signature on a Secure Signature dongle, a small and reliable device that plugs into a USB port. This gives you a secure way to sign letters, documents and even checks in your absence. It's nice to know that while you're talking business on the golf course or on a dream vacation halfway around the world, work at the office can flow smoothly and thus improves productivity. You can also sign documents from an offsite location such as your home. 

There are a lot of products available that can store a signature, but Secure Signature dongle is the only one that provides a log and an audit trail with the users name, date, time and printer. When not in use the Secure Signature dongle can be locked away in your desk or file cabinet. Why pay more than twice the price from another supplier that does not include the audit feature? 

There are two different types of fonts that can be stored on a Secure Signature dongle. The first is a bitmap font that is stored on the Secure Signature dongle it is a less expensive method to secure your signature and it gives you the same security features, however it isn't scaleable. The second is the TrueType Font. This font is scalable so it can be used on a wide variety of documents differing in size.
